Traditional Chinese dish-scrambled eggs with tomatoes


Today I will introduce a traditional Chinese dish, which is scrambled eggs with tomatoes. 
I did it for my dinner. Although it looks bad, but it tates good. Now I will tell you how to make it.

Firstly, you should hot the pan and pour oil, just like the cooking for most Chinese dishes. 
Then you need to put the eggs (mixed well eggs) into pan. 
Actually I will put a little sugar into mixed well eggs. The sugar can reduce the sour taste of tomatoes.
This way can make scrambled eggs with tomatoes taste better. 
 
Secondly, when you see the mixed well eggs into a block, you can put the chopped tomatoes into the pan. 
Thirdly, you should put some water into the pan and make the fire up. 
Before the water is evaporated, you should put some salt into the pan.

When you finish all of steps above, the delicious scrambled egg with tomato will show in front of you. 
This dish is easily cooked and won't take you a long time with a really good taste.
And the dish is specially good for the people who like sour-sweet taste!

Special fried rice and fried water convolvulus with garlic


Today I will talk about my lunch which includes special fried rice and stir-fired water convolvulus with garlic. Both of them are very easy to cook. It satisfies a hungry person for a short time to eat. And I will let you know  how to cook it.

Special fried rice:


Firstly, you should prepare something that you like to include in your special fired rice. I just prepared rice, cuttlefish, crab meat, eggs and some chopped green onions.
Secondly, when the pan is a little hot, put a small amount of oil into pan. And you should put eggs in pan first, when egg (mixed well eggs) looks well like a block, then you put rice, cuttlefish and crab meat into the pan. During the fried, you can put some salt into the pan. At last, you must put some chopped green onions into the pan as well.

Fried water convolvulus with garlic:

 
Firstly, you should prepare the clean water convolvulus and crushed garlic. Secondly, you should put the oil into the hot pan. Then you need to put the crushed garlic into the pan. When you can smell the flavour of garlic, you should put the clean water convolvulus into the pan. Because vegetables cook more quickly than others.  You just stir fried several times and put some salt into pan. Then it is all done.

Asian breakfast-Fried noodles with Soy sauce

Today, I am going to talk about the Asian breakfast. Traditional Asian breakfast is not bread and milk. these include steamed stuffed bun, gruel and noodles. This morning I cook the Fried noodles with Soy sauce by myself for breakfast. Hope you like that. It is important that fried noodles is very easy to learn.

Ok, now I tell you how to make it.
Materials: noodles(it is better use chinese noodles), Soy sauce, Onion 1/5, Lettuce 2 piece, Half a carrot, 1 egg and Olive oil.

1, shredded lettuce, carrots, and onions.

2, the pot to boil water, and cook until the noodles into seven mature picked up after.
3, olive oil and mix well to salvage the surface Riga, in order to bond.

4, Fried the carrots, onion and shredded lettuce.
